25 Books with Older Protagonists

Good books with older main characters as protagonists are harder to find than they really should be, considering the breadth of experience that age offers. I guess it kind of makes sense that most younger writers would feel better equipped to write for their age or younger (i.e. a lived experience) as opposed to the other way around.
